Our Story

Mayfield Health was founded on a simple observation: families who needed early intervention support were being failed by the system designed to help them. Long waitlists, fragmented services, and clinical environments that felt anything but welcoming meant children were missing out on the support they needed, and parents were left navigating it all alone.

Mayfield was built to re-design that system. A place where care is integrated, access is simple, and families feel like partners rather than patients. What started in Frankston has grown into something bigger, but the heart of it has never changed. Every child deserves early support, and every family deserves to feel calm, informed, and genuinely cared for along the way.
